Description

Musculoskeletal disorders are one of the main causes of compensation in Quebec. According to the 2014-2015 Quebec Population Health Survey, it is said that one in four Quebec workers, or 25%, suffer from non-traumatic work-related MSDs. The purpose of this training is to make you aware of the different means of prevention possible and to be able to identify the risk factors within the company.

Target Audience

The training is intended for all workers in different sectors whose musculoskeletal disorders are present in the company.

Training Goal

• Identify the main MSDs and their development;

• Know the different effects of a MSD on your health;

• Identify the risk factors for MSDs in your workplace;

• Identify and use the means of prevention of MSDs.
