This new course takes participants on an in-depth tour of three fundamental areas of supervision: Understanding the Law, Corporate Culture and Communication & Training. The course was designed for both new and experienced supervisors who have a responsibility for ensuring the safety of their employees and their workplace. The course promises to enhance supervisory skills through a greater understanding of their rights and responsibilities under the law as well as how to address safety in the workplace and how to interact with employees regarding safety related issues. Upon completion of the participants will be more confident in their role as supervisor.
