How can we explain the fact that some companies accept to jeopardize their labour force and production tools by permitting hot work to be done unattended? Not to mention that the growing trend of subcontracting increases the severity of the problem, knowing that they have almost no knowledge of the manufacturing processes and risks of the institution for which they work. Therefore, the challenges are huge. This is why workers must remain aware of the impact they have on their own safety, as well as that of other workers. They must know all safety rules linked with their profession.

Target Audience

The training is intended for any worker involved, directly or indirectly, by carrying out work that can increase fire hazards in his/her work environment.

Training Goal

  • To be able to identify and prevent any risk related to hot work;

  • To understand the impact that hot work has on starting a fire;

  • To know and respect safety measures and procedures;

  • To interpret and apply the hot-work permit instructions.
