Description

In Quebec, there are more than 150,000 heavy vehicles registered on the roads. They pose a risk to the safety of vulnerable road users.

In fact, each driver is responsible for his/her own vehicle and must adopt safe behavior. This training serves as a periodic reminder about best practices, stowage techniques, signaling and also mandatory inspections.

Target Audience

It is primarily intended for all truckers working with heavy vehicles, regardless of their class.

Training Goal

• Be able to detect and report any deficiencies through a pre-trip inspection;

• Learn how to adapt your driving according to the climatic conditions
  and in some more difficult maneuvers;

• Be able to recognize and respect road signs;

Know all the standards and regulations that particularly 
surround the conduct of the driver.
